K-pop idol taken to hospital after fainting on stage during concert

K-pop idol Kotoko of girl community UNIS was recently taken to the hospital after she fainted on stage during a concert.

The incident took place over the weekend on August 3, during the girl group&#;s appearance at the ‘ Midsummer Night’s Cultural Festival: Mini K-POP Concert’ in Haenam, South Korea.

In videos captured by fans, Kotoko collapsed while UNIS were on stage executing a cover of TWICE&#;s &#;What is Love&#;.

Following the incident, her label, F&F Entertainment, said that the group&#;s performance was &#;halted&#; after Kotoko fainted, and that the K-pop idol was &#;immediately taken to the hospital&#;.
